Job Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS: Train quality auditors on quality standards, inspection techniques and requirements. Review issues from previous shifts. Perform start up meeting to ensure everyone is present, on time, and quality support is available for all areas. Communicate quality issues with product through detailed passdowns to QC Manager, QC Auditors and Area Team Leader / Supervisor Attend production meetings and ensure issues are communicated. Audit quality boards/tv’s (quality alerts, QID’s) in press / assembly daily, and ensure they are updated with quality issues. POSITION REQUIREMENTS SKILL (Ability to do the job) Communication Skills •Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. •Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. •Ability to effectively present directions. Mathematical Skills •Ability to apply mathematical applications as needed within the Quality Department. Reasoning Ability •Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematics or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. WHY WORK HERE?
