• Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle releases.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up with clients post-sale.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities during dealership events or presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a keen understanding of pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in math for calculating payments, financing options, and trade-in values.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices within a dealership setting.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong public speaking skills for effective communication during presentations or events.
• Proficient in using dealership software for managing sales processes and customer information.
• A valid driver's license is required.
