Question #1 - What do you need to know if you are thinking of joining the car business for the first time or you are moving from one dealership to another?
Answer – The car business is a combination of four primary skill sets. Sales skills, People skills, Marketing skills, and Life skills. The sales people who bring a strong “natural talent” in any one of these areas will be able to perform at an average level of 8-12 cars per month or 100-120 per year. If you are joining the business you need to develop all four areas to become a SIX-FIGURE salesperson.
Unlike typical salespeople, the process we teach means no more waiting around the dealership trying to beat the other guy to the customer. Our salespeople are taught cutting edge marketing and self-promotion techniques to grow their business by repeat and referral marketing strategies. In fact, if you are not willing and able to promote yourself and drive your own traffic, stop right here; there is no need to apply!
Question #2 - How do you find a dealership that provides the support you need for success?
Answer – Every dealership will say that they “provide training,” but that’s like McDonald’s saying they serve “real angus beef” is the same as Ruth’s Chris serving “real angus beef”. Ask the dealer this question, “Who performs the training?” and they will tell you one of their managers does, or they have training from the manufacturer. That’s great! So someone who has 17 other responsibilities is also supposed to train you?? Or some rep from the manufacturer is supposed to coach you to success?? How? You need more than that to really succeed!

We have consistently been one of Idaho’s largest volume dealerships in new vehicles sales. Due to the recent changes in the marketplace we are now positioned for additional growth in both new and used vehicle sales going into next year.

How we pay:
The compensation plan is a full commission pay plan. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $50,000 and $80,000 for an average performer, and between $80,000 to $130,000 for a motivated individual. (Several of our salespeople earned over $200,000 in the past). How much did you make this year? There is no cap or limit to the income earned. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income as it is earned based on performance and results.
What is expected:
Primary tasks will include: setting appointment by phone and email, basics of product knowledge, needs analysis, product consultation, handling of objections/questions, presenting offers to purchase, filling out appropriate paperwork and following up with prospects.
