Responsibilities

• Present product features and benefits effectively to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information.
• Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
