Roofing Salesman

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of inside and outside sales skills, along with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. Door to Door salesman.

Duties

• Go door to door
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
• Conduct territory sales by identifying potential customers and reaching out to them.
• Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
• Engage in both inside sales (phone and online communication) and outside sales (in-person meetings).
• Analyze customer needs and present appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes, particularly Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success in both inside and outside sales roles.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Pay: $84,445.00 - $92,974.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
