We are looking for a Digital Analyst to research and identify ways to build clients’ targeted audiences and paid media placements across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, creating targeted audiences, and exploring market trends and opportunities.

In order to excel in this role, applicants should have PPC / paid social campaign experience and must be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data. The Digital Analyst will ensure successful digital campaigns through efficient use of client marketing budgets and appropriate audiences.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience working with a variety of paid media channels, including; paid social, YouTube, display and paid search at a leading marketing agency.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • Demonstrable experience with campaign planning, optimization, and analysis.
  • The ability to think adeptly around both creative and analytics and an understanding of how they work together to drive a return on investment.
  • A strong grasp of performance media best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. (Bonus points for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, Twitter, and so on.)
  • An understanding of digital ad tech, inducing the ability to work with conversion tracking systems.
  • Aptitude for working with and gaining insights from data,
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including the use of functions, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Understanding of common paid media metrics as well as broader digital subscription metrics such as LTV, churn rate, etc.
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate that analysis into key insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within a process management system while also proactively identifying areas for workflow improvement.
  • A desire to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent.
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns.
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, and website traffic.
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open rates, click-through rates).
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data.
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations.
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc).
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for growing our partners’ sales digitally.

Skills

  • Real-world experience as a Digital Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics.
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices.
  • Experience with PPC campaigns.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Analytical abilities.
  • BSC in Marketing or a relevant field.
