The Director of Strategy will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented professionals to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for our clients. Responsibilities...
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they are achieving core KPIs and developing professionally.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients, leveraging a deep understanding of paid media channels, including paid social, YouTube, display, and paid search.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to share best practices, key insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Understand and execute the Drive Social Media strategy and process while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead the team to design thought-provoking, value-packed creative campaigns that drive revenue while adhering to client standards and the Drive Social Media process.
- Participate in the hiring and training of Account Executives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to excel in their roles.
- Manage key accounts as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
