We're on the lookout for an individual with a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for analyzing and interpreting marketing metrics to achieve tangible results. Agency experience would be a definite advantage.
We are seeking a candidate with razor-sharp writing skills, unwavering passion, dedication, and a proactive approach, driven by the ambition to dive into the world of agency experience. Our ideal candidate embodies superb customer communication skills, unparalleled organizational prowess, and an eagerness to develop professionally. In this role, you'll be tasked with creating and managing social media campaigns, crafting SEO-driven blogs, overseeing social media platforms—especially Facebook—optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing Yelp accounts, and conducting insightful marketing performance phone calls with our valued clients.
- You should have strong experience successfully supporting marketing organizations and executives. We want someone who has a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and an ability to multi-task with a large array of clients. This candidate should be able to review analytics, communicate them effectively and be results oriented.
DRIVE does require a background check.
Please note: this position will consist of reporting on client analytics and will involve a lot of calls to clients reporting on their KPIs
Hours:
8:45am to 5:45pm Central Time, with a one-hour lunch break and rest breaks permitted
Responsibilities
- Run reports for DRIVE clients and reach out to client to explain the data
- Write and Post on Social Media
- Coordinate marketing campaigns
- Interact with clients on a daily basis
- Support execution of various marketing services for all clients
- Submit update requests to developers and follow up on their status
- Ensure customer satisfaction with services and results
- Set-up / Claim social media pages such as Yelp, Facebook, Google My Business and more
- Advise Clients on SEO practices and provide specific methods to increase website traffic
Basic Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in professional marketing roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience compiling and managing marketing calendars
- Must thrive under fast passed work environment
- Graphic design skills a plus
