Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30 and Fridays from 1:00pm to 4pm

Fast growing financial planning firm is looking for a seasoned professional seminar speaker. This extraordinary person would be extremely personable, charming, a natural teacher and a dynamic speaker/presenter. They should exhibit the highest integrity and a reputation for putting the client first. This career path offers unlimited income potential. We will not limit your pay!
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- The presenter will be responsible for presenting financial seminars at restaurants and classrooms. The topics are general and all questions from the audience would be deferred to the advisor. No licensing requirements.
- Generate 10-15 first appointments per week for our CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS™
- Be able to move the audience with storytelling and personal experiences
- Write seminar scripts
- Train new seminar presenters on the art of presenting
Job requirements
- 5 years of experience in profession speaking
- Presenting background (seminars, teaching, preaching, acting)
- Sales training course completed
- Proof of prior sales history
- LinkedIn account
- Evenings available for marketing events
- 3 References
Skills Necessary
- Sales training
- Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to present complex topics an easy to understand language
- Detail oriented to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow
- Skill in following up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks
- Ability to produce presentations, correspondence; maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Ability to incorporate the financial needs and goals of a client into a succinct, professional presentation outlining their options
- Read and interpret technical and legal documents; apply the information as appropriate
- Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong Ability for Public Speaking
