Customer Relations Associate
Philosophy
The Customer Relations Associate plays a key role in the Customer Relations (CR) department, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across the facility. This position focuses on handling day-to-day responsibilities while also contributing to a high-quality athlete experience. The Customer Relations Associate supports service operations, addresses athlete and guest needs, and ensures alignment with the facility’s broader goals.
This position reports to the Facility Manager and works alongside other CR staff at their location. It may also provide support to CR operations at other facilities when needed.
Key Functions and Responsibilities
• Customer Relations Support: Assist with the daily functions of the CR department. This includes addressing athlete and guest needs, resolving issues in a polite and timely manner, monitoring basic KPIs, and helping improve CR workflows and systems where applicable.
• Athlete Experience: Maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Provide high-level customer service that contributes to a seamless and positive athlete experience throughout the facility.
• Facility Coordination: Serve as a key point of contact for Customer Relations tasks at the facility and help ensure communication and operational consistency between this location and other facilities. This may include coordination with the Facility Operations Coordinator and CR staff in other facility locations.

Requirements
• Experience in customer service or facility operations.
• Ability to handle customer concerns or complaints discreetly and professionally.
• Clear and effective communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and cross-functionally with other departments.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and internal tools such as Zoho, Hurricane, and Acuity is preferred.
• Commitment to providing an outstanding athlete and guest experience.
• Ability to handle customer concerns or complaints discreetly and professionally.
• Clear and effective communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and cross-functionally with other departments.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
