What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Sales Associate position at Driven Auto Sales?
Come join our team! We are looking for talented and motivated Sales Professionals! Are you looking for something different than the same old car business? Tired of the late nights, no days off the last week of the month (or ever), bell to bell Saturdays, meetings on your days off, etc... Come talk to us! Quality of life is our number one priority!
You will receive over 100-150 internet leads every month, in addition to walk up business and phone ups. We have had months where each Sales Professional has received over 200 internet leads. We are growing faster than we can keep up.
This is 100% commission. You will be paid twice a month. First check is a guaranteed draw, second check will be additional commissions plus bonuses. Our work schedule consists of only 40 hours a week which is unheard of in the car business. It is a 5 day work week, never any more. If you are looking to earn a good living while not working yourself to death, this is the place for you.
