- Collaborate directly with sellers to evaluate property conditions.
- Utilize various tools, including comps, research, site visits, and outreach, to accurately assess property value.
- Handle objections with finesse and negotiate contracts that meet everyone's needs.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity in our CRM system.
