Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively achieving new business opportunities.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce our services and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Utilize our system for tracking sales activities, managing client interactions, and reporting on progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure contracts within approved margins while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance, educating and mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in transportation and events sales or a related field, with a track record of successful business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for technology and understanding of how it can benefit businesses is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,400.00 - $77,630.00 per year
