Job Purpose
The IT Support Technician / QA Analyst is responsible for providing IT support and troubleshooting while also performing quality assurance testing to ensure software and systems meet functional and technical requirements.
IT Support (50%)
- Provide timely IT support, troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist staff with technical problems both remotely and in-person.
- Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki and pfSense firewall appliances, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of security settings.
- Handle the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi access points in an office environment.
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 tenant, including user account management, licensing, email administration, and general O365 support.
- Support and maintain IP-based telephony systems, including basic troubleshooting and vendor coordination for advanced issues.
- Document and track support tickets to resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of ongoing technical issues.
- Interface with both internal employees and external vendors to resolve escalated technical problems or coordinate services as needed.
- Provide on-call technical support during weekends as needed.
- Other duties as needed to support the IT team and operations.
QA Analyst (50%)
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Conduct manual and automated testing of applications, systems, and integrations to identify defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes and system updates.
- Analyze and report test results, providing recommendations for system improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of testing documentation and procedures.
- Participate in Agile development processes, providing feedback on software usability and functionality.
- Work with IT support and development teams to troubleshoot and validate reported user issues.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with administering firewall appliances (Cisco Meraki, pfSense) and Wi-Fi troubleshooting in an office environment.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 administration (user management, licensing, email configurations).
- Experience managing and supporting IP-based telephony systems (e.g., VoIP) is strongly preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Must be available for on-call work during weekends.
- Applicants must pass a criminal background check.
- Safe driving history – a Motor Vehicle Record check will be reviewed.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

Job Details
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday, and requires availability to work on-call during weekends as needed. This position is based at our Greenwood Corporate Plaza location (7951 E. Maplewood Ave. Suite #290, Greenwood Village, CO 80111) and requires the ability to travel to any of our 12 DriveSafe locations (review the map of locations at this link).

We accept initial applicants through quick-apply, requiring only basic contact information and a current resume. If you are selected to move forward based on these qualifications, you will be asked to meet with a member of our HR team via Microsoft Teams video call for an initial 30-minute interview.

Candidates that are selected to move forward are asked to submit a full job application including authorization for background check.

Second round interviews will then be conducted with applicants and a Hiring Manager and/or Senior Management at the work location or virtually by request.

As a pre-employment step, candidates are asked to provide a copy of their 7-Year Motor Vehicle Record to demonstrate safe driving history.
