Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers and address any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area that reflects the professionalism of the dealership.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or retail environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in math for calculating payments and financing options.
- Experience in outside sales is a plus, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader customer base.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes is beneficial.
