Key Outcomes of the Position:
- Efficient Management of Monthly Registration Renewals:
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle registration renewals, maintaining fleet
compliance and improving operational efficiency.
* Streamlined Mail Sorting and Ticket Processing:
Sort and scan incoming mail/tickets, ensuring efficient data entry into the ticketing system and
prompt customer issue resolution.
* Accurate Title Scanning and Database Management:
Maintain accurate title records in the database, improving access and preventing discrepancies.
* Improved Substitute Tag Issuance and Documentation:
Assist in issuing substitute tags, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
* Customer Support and Timely Ticket Inquiry Resolution:
Provide responsive communication with customers, resolving ticket inquiries and balances
efficiently.
* Fleet Emissions Compliance Maintenance:
Monitor emissions inspections and submit extension requests as needed to ensure compliance and
keep testing up to date.
* Optimized Inventory Management:
Maintain up-to-date vehicle inventory records, supporting fleet management and decision-making.
- Efficient Return Tag Processing:
Return tags via the CVR system, ensuring timely logging and reducing administrative backlogs.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A flexible team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience in the automotive or rideshare rental industry.
- Familiarity with emissions compliance and CVR systems.
- Knowledge of state titles and vehicle documentation.
