After the success of “The Irritable Bao” in Auburn, Alabama, we’re excited to expand to Seaside, Florida, and need a talented kitchen team to help us continue delivering top-quality food to our guests.

Position Overview:
As a member of our kitchen staff, you’ll assist with prep work, cooking, and maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness. You’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team, helping to ensure that our food is fresh, delicious, and served to our guests in a timely manner. We’re looking for team members who want to grow with us and develop their skills in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Ensure food is prepared to meet our quality standards.
- Follow food safety protocols and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support cooks and chefs in various kitchen tasks as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Grow with the company and take on more responsibilities as you learn.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for food and a desire to grow with us as we expand.
