What You’ll Do :
- Lead a dynamic team of React and React Native developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate UI / UX designs into clean, maintainable, and performant code.
- Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build performant web apps
- Champion clean code, maintainability, and continuous improvement within the front-end codebase. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards to ensure high-quality code that can be shared and reused across projects
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of industry trends and technologies, particularly those revolving around React and React Native, to ensure our front-end systems continue to shine.
- Create pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
- Mentorship : Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development.
- Hiring : Take charge of the hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to making final hiring decisions, maintain a high-performing team that fit the company’s culture.
