Dropping In Podcast is looking for a dedicated Executive and Personal Assistant to the CEO who’s ready to step in and help manage the daily tasks—both big and small—that keep things running smoothly.
About Us
Dropping In Podcast is a thriving podcast and YouTube company that collaborates with some of the biggest creators in the personal development space. We’re passionate about inspiring and educating our audience with transformative content, and we’re seeking an assistant who can support our CEO with a mix of personal and professional responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, on-location role with a variety of responsibilities that change day-to-day. Some examples of the tasks you’ll handle include:
- Cooking meals, meal prepping or picking up food
- Doing laundry, washing dishes, and general house cleaning.
- Taking care of the dog
- Grocery shopping, making healthy juices, snacks etc.
This is the majority of the job ^^^ as the CEO would like to totally outsource anything related to cooking, cleaning or maintaining the house.
Other administrative tasks include:
- Booking travel arrangements like flights, Airbnbs, and hotels.
- Calling customer service to handle returns or inquiries.
- handling basic household projects like assembling furniture, replacing lightbulbs, restringing guitars.
- Shipping packages or handling errands.
- Conducting research (e.g., “What’s the cheapest way to upgrade to an iPhone X?”).
