What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool/Spa Technician position at Drost Landscape?
To fill this role, we are looking for driven individuals that can diagnose problems and make the necessary plumbing/equipment repairs or equipment replacement. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, working long hours outdoors, as well as adapting easily to schedule changes. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to test and treat pool and spa water.
- Familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install pumps, filter systems, plumbing, and heaters.
- Confidence to perform pool openings, closings, and winterizations.
- Strong sense of time and productivity management.
- Ability to utilize electronic device(s) for job notes, time tracking, etc.
