What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Leader - Garden Care position at Drost Landscape?
The Team Leader is responsible for timely and quality completion of tasks assigned to the crew to ensure clients are beyond satisfied with the work we do. Previous experience of overseeing others is ideal as most crews consist of 2 - 4 people.
To fill this role, we are looking for driven individuals that have a primary focus of beautifying and maintaining existing landscapes. Primary responsibilities include mulching, pruning, weeding, and more. Members of our maintenance team will have the opportunity to work on some of the most beautiful properties in Northern Michigan. Applicants must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting over fifty pounds and working long hours outside, as well as adapting easily to changes in schedules. On-the-job training is provided, as well as incentives for certifications and past experience.
