Duties:
- Greet patients, family members, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
- Manage patient schedules, including appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders, using Epic software.
- Handle patient inquiries, including answering questions about medical procedures and insurance coverage.
- Provide medical receptionist support, including receiving and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to patient requests.
- Assist with medical billing and collection, ensuring that all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Utilize office software, including Microsoft Office, to complete tasks efficiently.
- Provide exceptional patient service, including addressing patient concerns and ensuring that patients are treated with respect and compassion.
Skills:
- Experience in medical administrative support and medical receptionist roles.
- Strong knowledge of medical scheduling and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in using Epic software for patient scheduling and record-keeping.
- Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity.
- Ability to inhale deeply and calmly, with the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
