About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join DIA as a key member of our sales team. As a Portfolio Sales Director - US Market, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Foster relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Generate and submit RFPs, create sales sheets, and other related sales documents.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor existing internal sales personnel.
- Direct & monitor activities of 3rd-party exposition management company for DIA's Global Annual Meeting.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sponsorship and exhibit opportunities with organizational goals.
- Develop strategic plans for sales activities to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
