Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Actively communicate with clients to clarify and resolve their issues regarding policies, claims, and coverage options.
I nsurance Policy Assistance: Help clients understand the details and benefits of their insurance policies and guide them through the process of policy amendments.
Claims Support: Assist clients in filing claims accurately and follow up on claim issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Problem-solving: Address complaints and conflicts to escalate issues when necessary, ensuring optimum customer service.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support the insurance sales process, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client needs and expectations.
