Back of House (BOH)

Drunken Monkeys in Denver, CO is looking for one back of house (boh) to join our 7 person team. We are a small sports bar, located on 7314 Washington St. Being a small company every employee must be willing to wear multiple hats. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, flexible, motivated, and extremely reliable.

Responsibilities

*Cooking with an AutoFry machine and pizza oven *Portioning per company standards *Food inventory *Cleaning fryer/ filter oil daily *Run food from the kitchen to the guests *Cleaning and clearing tables of dishes *Assisting with washing dishes when needed behind bar (using a dishwasher) *Stocking behind the bar when needed *Throwing trash from behind the bar as needed

Qualifications

*Motivated to do what is necessary to keep the tavern clean and running *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Great organizational skills *Proven work experience in a back of house role

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.

About DRUNKEN MONKEYS: Our goal is to provide a fun, welcoming & warm atmosphere to enjoy a drink (alcohol/ non-alcoholic). Our custom draft line, (a must see) offers a nice variety for all to enjoy! Dare to challenge someone at a game or two of ping pong, corn-hole, Foosball, chess or just take a break on our outdoor patio.
