We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and follow through. This role requires effective team management, scheduling, and general knowledge of construction timelines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage team dynamics and foster a collaborative environment to enhance productivity.
- Apply business process modeling techniques to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated ability in team management and project coordination.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
