This is an end-to-end product management role with focus on field and customer facing engagements. You will collaborate with our cross-functional customer facing teams to interact with our 6000 customer base to understand their cloud native data protection and data security needs and bring back insights and ideas for the roadmap. Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Effectively engage with customers, partners, sales, analysts to understand market trends, customer use cases and requirements
- Build, update and communicate the product line vision, strategy and 3-year road map for core stakeholders and for external consumption
- Explore new product features, concepts and develop comprehensive business case and product requirements
- Collaborate with global engineering teams for product development and NPI process
- Partner with the marketing team to build key product marketing collateral and deliver sales team training.
- Sales and customer engagements for product demos, roadmap presentations, product feedback and escalations
- Define pricing and licensing for the product which includes financial modeling and tracking performance against plan
- Analyze product telemetry to develop insights for product roadmap and drive product adoption
- Analyze business metrics to develop insights for product go-to-market activities and execute on them in collaboration with product marketing and sales
- Respond to industry analyst questionnaires, surveys and develop analyst facing presentations
What We Are Looking For
- Strong experience and expertise in public cloud infrastructure and services with a focus on AWS and Azure
- 10-12 years of building, shipping B2B SaaS and/or public cloud products
- Track record of strong ownership and ability to work independently
- Highly technical background with an ability to dive deep into products, technology, UX.
- Demonstrate excellent product sense with an ability to deeply empathize and articulate customer pain points.
- Highly analytical with an ability to understand metrics, and develop a data driven point-of-view
- Excellent PM presence with clear written, verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA would be a plus
- Highly desirable: Experience working in high growth, startup environments
Salary : $223,000 - $312,333
