The Role & The Team :
The FP&A team is responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategic, financial, and operational decision-making across Druva. We are seeking a Finance manager that will build a deep partnership with our sales leadership team to drive initiatives including business planning, strategy, and strategic projects. This is a high-impact role that will offer substantial leadership exposure and the opportunity to drive value creation to the company.
What You Will Do :
- Support the Finance and Sales leadership with financial analysis and modeling, including sales capacity modeling, commissions forecasting, pipeline analysis, renewal analysis, and maintaining the GTM model
- Develop and own ARR & Bookings models, iterate and refine sales cycle assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy
- Partner with CRO and lead the financial planning process including managing the department-level budgets, variance analysis and monthly reporting packages
- Develop, operationalize, and report bookings and ARR targets on an annual and quarterly basis
- Support sales leaders in reviewing financial and operational performance by preparing presentations that effectively convey the story behind the analytical insights
- Provide GTM Leadership with meaningful analytics and insights into financial and operational performance and trends
What We Are Looking For :
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $135,000 and $232,667 / year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity.
