What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Attorney (must have large law firm experience) position at DRV Staffing?
A top NYC law firm focused on big real estate deals—development, financing, construction, land use, and restructuring—is looking for a skilled transactional, real estate, corporate attorney with 5-10 years of BigLaw experience. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions for major real estate investors and developers in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Get ready to dive into some seriously complex (but rewarding!) projects—think high-stakes real estate deals, strategic buy-and-sell moves, tax-savvy entity structuring, credit transactions that’ll make your brain tingle, equity and debt financings, private placements, fund formations, restructurings, and workouts (sadly, not the gym kind). If you love solving puzzles with lots of zeros attached, this is your kind of work!
The expected salary for this role is a cool $225,000 - $250,000—but actual pay may vary based on experience, performance. Plus, you’ll get a solid benefits package, including health insurance reimbursements and a matching 401(k) (because retirement goals).
Must have at least 5 years of hardcore experience, including BigLaw experience—drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts like a legal ninja. You’ll be wrangling complex real estate deals, financings, corporate structures, land-use rules, private placements, fund formations, mezzanine and preferred equity financings (fancy money stuff), title matters, condo conversions, loan modifications, and workouts (still not the gym kind). If you can juggle all that without breaking a sweat, we want you!
