Your Role
As a Certified Lead Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of emergency restoration, ensuring quality work and top-tier customer service. This hands-on leadership role includes:
- Responding to emergency water/fire damage claims quickly and professionally
- Leading the mitigation crew and ensuring all work meets high standards
- Overseeing setup and use of restoration equipment (moisture meters, drying systems, extractors, etc.)
- Performing demolition, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration
- Conducting specialized cleaning in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas
- Documenting work thoroughly using DASH, Matterport, and other company software
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of experience in water restoration
- 3 IICRC certifications (WRT, CCT, AMRT, RRT, ASD, HST, FRST)
- Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments
- Familiarity with restoration software (DASH, Matterport) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
