The Role :
We are URGENTLY hiring for a Certified Lead Technicia n who is a hands-on leader responsible for responding to emergency water, fire, and other restoration claims, ensuring the proper setup and use of restoration equipment, and performing field activities such as demolition, cleaning, and specialized restoration work. This role includes overseeing the mitigation crew, maintaining quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction, and thoroughly documenting all work using company software. The Certified Lead Technician plays a vital role in restoring properties while delivering exceptional service to clients.
