Superior Role as a Reconstruction Sales Estimator:
- Maintain a high level of customer service. Keep a fluid level of communication with clients, while striving to achieve an exceptional experience with customers.
- Highly comfortable using Xactimate within a level 2 or higher capacity.
- Attend weekly WIP meetings (prepared and well-versed in job detail)
- Budget Management - estimating, revenue goals, gross profit margin, etc.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate project cost estimation and smooth project execution.
- Create comprehensive estimates that include detailed breakdowns of costs, quantities, and timelines.
- Utilize Xactimate software to generate detailed and accurate estimates for restoration and repair projects.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to review and assess property damage claims.
- Research and source cost-effective materials and services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Negotiate any necessary changes or modifications.
Superior Requirements and Expectations:
- Construction estimating experience is a MUST!
- Exceptional budget management experience with strong attention to detail
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the restoration or construction industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences within every job
- Experience working with insurance companies is highly preferred
- Great communication skills within and outside the organization
- Ability to adapt and be a strategic thinker
