As a Restoration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success by acting as the first point of contact for clients, conducting thorough assessments, creating detailed scopes of work, and securing restoration projects. This position focuses on building trust with clients, delivering accurate estimates, and ensuring a seamless transition of projects to our Field Supervisors for execution. What You’ll Do:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Serve as the face of Dry Kings Restoration by conducting on-site inspections and educating clients on industry standards and restoration processes.
• Build trust with customers, identify their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with our high standards of service.
• Secure signed service agreements through persuasive communication and consultative selling, focusing on maintaining high closing ratios.
• Actively follow up with customers to nurture relationships and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.

Estimation & Scoping:

• Prepare clear, comprehensive, and accurate scopes of work and estimates using Xactimate software, adhering to company standards and industry guidelines.
• Deliver estimates promptly, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Team Handoff & Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with Field Supervisors to ensure a smooth transition of projects from the sales phase to production.
• Provide detailed project documentation to facilitate efficient execution and high-quality results.

Reputation Management:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback or concerns to protect and enhance Dry Kings’ reputation.
• Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities for outstanding service.

Business Development:

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including property managers, insurance adjusters, and other industry professionals, to expand business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue leads that align with company goals and values.

What We’re Looking For:

Industry Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of the restoration industry, including water, fire, and mold mitigation practices.
• Strong proficiency with Xactimate software and the ability to create precise, actionable estimates.

Sales & Communication Skills:

• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable way.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.

Other Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in disaster restoration or a related field.
• Certification in WRT, ASD, or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid California driver’s license and a clean, insurable driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
