Position Overview :
As a Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our dispatch team service sets appointments for the Sales Representative. Your detailed inspection of damages and preparation of initial response plan will allow our team to help return these residential and commercial clients to pre loss condition. Your earning potential will be determined by the expertise you develop along with the effort you put forth as a Restoration Sales Estimator.
What we do : We provide emergency property restoration and reconstruction services to residential, commercial clients in the state of New Jersey. We provide expert services such as; Drying of buildings after water damage, fire damage, mold damage, asbestos, sanitizing and reconstruction services.
General Responsibilities :
Respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments
Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
Present the company value proposition to the customer selling your self, the process and the company.
Communicate with office to discuss equipment and manpower needs for emergency response.
Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs
Obtain all required signed documents by the customer.
