Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various Mitigation/Remediation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of project management principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with our quality standards.
Duties
- Inspect job sites and provide a sketch/scope of work using Xactimate when necessary to the Client and/or Insurance Company.
- Obtain appropriate approvals from the insurance/client to begin the project. This includes occasional Adjuster meetings onsite.
- Develop schedules using Dash & Google Calendar.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee crew to ensure proper services performed and provide onsite training as needed.
- Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including Clients, Adjusters and team members.
- Ensure all contracts are adhered to and manage any changes or disputes that arise.
- Verify services and finalize estimates and submit to insurance company for payment.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management within the Restoration industry.
- Strong skills in Restoration estimating and project scheduling.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
