We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- You MUST have 2 years experience in a Retail and Sales environment
- Extremely fast paced, Customer Service is #1 and is a non negotiable
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
- Critcal thinking skills are a MUST
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Problem solver – use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
- Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks
Qualifications
- 2 Years experience with Retail or Service related industry
- You must have experience with the above or your resume will not be reviewed
- Must work Fridays and Saturdays and alternate Sundays
- You must be customer centric first
- We are dealing with the public; this role requires for you to be outgoing and personable and focus to maintaing a high level of cusotmer experience
- We are selling the Drybar experience which is great vibes and a positie exprience.
