As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDC) to help us generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule sales appointments and confirm customer visits to the dealership.
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers and previous leads.
- Engage with customers online, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Update and track leads in the CRM software, ensuring accurate follow-ups and notes.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize showroom traffic and sales conversions.
- Promote special offers and dealership inventory to generate traffic, interest and urgency.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required.
- Previous BDC or automotive experience - preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-volume lead environment.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable with a drive to succeed.
- Positive attitude and resilience – Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to follow up with leads.
- Comfortable working weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
