Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Project Manager, lading project teams, and overseeing the restoration production process. Your strong communication skills and hands-on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Your strong communication skills and hands-on expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager on all job site activities
- Execute job action plan for restoration production
- Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
- Work directly and lead team members to remove/demolish materials that cannot be resorted or repaired at job sites
- Supervise the crew and along with any additional subcontractors or vendors on site
- Extract standing water if needed
- Set up equipment, move tools, and restock vans
- Maintain job site safety
- Working in confined spaces including heights
- Utilization of power tools
- Able to correctly identify and place drying equipment
- Utilize company software to document loss sites along side of project manager
- Take photos at different stages of a project
Qualifications
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must pass background check
- Must have reliable transportation to office
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Use email and other software
- Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
- On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT, 2x pay for on call-after-hours work)
Salary : $18 - $23
