Seeking Legal Assistant to work along side Defense Mitigation Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Records collection for multiple cases and maintinaing the record collection
  • Organization and store client records
  • Assist in reviewing documents and summarizing
  • Investigate facts to help in mitigation themes
  • Research potential mitigation factor
  • Assist in putting together reports

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in criminal legal field
  • Experience with Word, Adobe, Excell and Dropbox (or alike)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work alone and proactive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
