Restoration Foreman

Company Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Foreman to join our team and oversee restoration projects.

Job Summary:
The Foreman will be responsible for supervising restoration projects related to water, mold, and fire damage. This role requires strong leadership skills, construction experience, and the ability to effectively manage a team of employees and equipment. The Foreman will ensure that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead restoration teams on-site, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress of restoration projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to establish project timelines and objectives.
• Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality standards are met and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Manage equipment and materials, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
• Train and mentor team members in restoration techniques, safety practices, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional construction or restoration certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years construction or Restoration experience.
• Experience in a supervisory/lead role, managing teams and overseeing projects.
• Strong knowledge of restoration processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment (up to [50 lbs]).
• Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
