Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be detailed and organized, and have a solid understanding of construction/restoration processes. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage restoration projects to include water/fire losses, mold mitigation, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
- Be able to effectively communicate timely and clearly with employees and customers.
- Utilize operational software such as Dash and Xactimate.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and contracts based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities.
Skills
- Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
- Strong ability to put together mitigation plans according to IICRC standards.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on detail-oriented execution.
- Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and best practices.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
