Summary/objective 

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage restoration projects from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. The PM will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery.

Plan & Execute Restoration & Construction Projects

· Oversee projects from contract signing through final completion.

· Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Manage Client Relationships & Project Communication

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and referral partners.

· Keep stakeholders updated on progress, challenges, and expectations.

· Secure client reviews to support strong online rankings.

Drive Revenue & Profitability

· Scope and estimate jobs accurately using Xactimate.

· Implement effective sales strategies to grow project opportunities.

· Secure and manage contracts and agreements for project work.

Maintain Strong Industry Knowledge & Documentation

· Stay ahead of market trends, materials, and construction best practices.

· Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance records.

· Track job costs, financial performance, and profitability metrics.

• Must be comfortable with construction site conditions, occasional heavy lifting (15 lbs.), and fast-paced environments.
