Roofing Production Supervisor

Come join our rapidly growing team! This position will consist of managing multiple builds, supervising crews, running to collect materials for builds, and customer service. You will be a huge asset to an already strong production department. Company phone, vehicle, and gas card provided. Paid weekly. Bilingual Spanish speaker is a PLUS.

MAJOR TASKS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Dryout Roofing field employees and subcontractors by collecting required material from distributors and delivering it in a timely manner to needed job sites.
• Review lists and material purchase orders.
• Photograph job site for customer updates.
• Pick up and return materials to suppliers.
• Keep track of receipts and invoices.
• Final ground clean-up of projects.
• Maintain and organize all required documentation and vehicle.
• Face to face interaction with customers.
• Meeting with crews on projects to make sure they have everything they need.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years experience as a Foreman in the roofing industry, with a focus on residential and steep slope commercial roofing.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage in-house crews and/or subcontractors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient with computer systems, including project management software, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred to communicate effectively with a diverse team and clientele.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and the roofing industry’s best practices.
• A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder and walk on a roof.
• Ability to lift 70 - 100 lbs.
• Requires a Valid drivers license and insurable driving record.

• Must be tech savvy.
• Adhere to ALL safety procedures and guidelines .
• Prior roofing experience and/or knowledge (a plus)
• Ability to operate a box truck (no CDL required)
• Bilingual (a plus)

Qualifications:

• High School or Equivalent
• A valid driver's license with good driving record .
• Pass a background check
• 18 Years of age or older.
• Roofing/Construction background and experience (Minimum of 3 years)
