Marzo Roofing has been in business since 1987. We are one of the premiere roofing companies in South Florida with locations in Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach. We are currently thriving and looking for a Roofing Supervisor . You will be reporting directly to the Owner(s) of the company. Supervisor is responsible for planning and controlling every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion) of roofing installations or repairs to residential/commercial properties for multiple concurrent roofing projects. Must complete projects on time and within budget, while ensuring that roofing teams work in safe conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain job site records, daily reports, delay requests and weather reports as required;
- Monitor job progress and control costs;
- Ensure all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed on-site.
- Resolving problems and issues that may arise - includes both technical and contractual;
- Oversee the ordering of materials, ensuring that all projects are supplied with the right materials on time;
- Submit monthly billings based on contract requirements;
- Make sure the permit/paperwork is up to date and present on display. If an inspector arrives they should be able to locate paperwork/permit easily.
- Answer homeowner’s or business owner’s roofing questions concisely and respectfully
- Ensure adherence to the USA Building Code and Roofing Code on all projects
All candidates must have a U.S. Driver License and have a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
