Coordinate and maintain efficient, safe school bus routes while fostering strong relationships with drivers, parents, schools, and the company. Serve as a liaison for transportation needs, including special education, and ensure smooth daily operations. Pay range is $21.00-$24.00 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and adjust bus routes for safety and efficiency.
- Act as a communication bridge between parents, schools, drivers, and the company.
- Track attendance, update student transport records, and recommend equipment needs.
- Assist with driver training, routing software, and field trip scheduling.
- Handle complaints, accidents, and service interruptions, ensuring prompt resolutions.
- Open dispatch office, manage daily schedules, and supervise in leadership absence.
- Assign personnel and vehicles as needed, ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and confidently by sharing ideas and information with others.
- Understanding and managing your own emotions while also being aware of and respectful towards the emotions of others.
- Create trust and ensure customers feel valued and supported by maintaining strong customer relationships.
