Business Analyst (P&C Insurance Domain)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Conduct gap, impact, and root cause analysis.
- Support UAT planning, review, and execution.
- Recommend insurance operations process improvements.
- Document workflows, processes, and use cases in detail.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience in the insurance domain (Life, Health, or P&C).
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy admin systems.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
