Overview

Our end client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an Engagement Manager Analytics to lead and support key commercial, market access, and patient analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in pharmaceutical data sets (IQVIA LAAD, PlanTrak, MMIT, DDD), a solid understanding of managed markets/value & access, and hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, and Databricks. This is an onsite, client-facing role in Thousand Oaks, CA.

• Full-time engagement
• Focused on commercial life sciences analytics
  
  

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for multiple analytics workstreams with business stakeholders
• Translate complex business questions into actionable analytical insights
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and strategy sessions with senior leadership
• Provide hands-on analytics support during business hours and ensure timely delivery
• Lead dashboard/report creation and enhancement using Tableau
• Write and validate SQL queries for data accuracy and integrity
• Provide strategic guidance on life sciences analytics trends
• Mentor junior analysts and establish analytics best practices
• Ensure strict adherence to data governance and security protocols
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements aligned with industry best practices
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 8 12 years of experience in the life sciences/pharmaceutical commercial analytics space
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical datasets:
• IQVIA LAAD
• IQVIA PlanTrak
• MMIT
• DDD
• Strong knowledge in managed markets, value & access analytics
• Technical expertise in:
• MS SQL
• Tableau
• Databricks
• Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics under tight timelines
