Responsibilities
- Act as primary business contact for analytics workstreams.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to offshore analytics teams.
- Lead client presentations and workshops to communicate analytical insights.
- Ideate trends and analytics innovations in Life Sciences.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor analytics performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose analytics best practices.
- Provide direct support on priority analytics initiatives.
- Oversee development of Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Support SQL/database management to maintain data accuracy.
- Analyze brand performance metrics for strategic insights.
- Mentor junior analysts.
- 8–12 years' experience in Life Sciences commercial analytics.
- Extensive experience with IQVIA LAAD, PlanTrak, MMIT, DDD datasets.
- Strong expertise in market access, managed markets analytics.
- Technical proficiency in MS SQL, Tableau, Databricks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Ability to deliver quality insights within tight timelines.
- Onsite work required at Thousand Oaks, CA.
- Role demands significant interaction with senior client stakeholders.
- Required Experience: 8–12 years Life Sciences analytics.
- Must have pharmaceutical domain expertise (IQVIA datasets).
