Overview

The IT Project Analyst will support the lifecycle of IT projects, assist users with computer systems and software, and manage service tickets using Jira or similar platforms. The role also involves testing hardware and software systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position

The IT Project Analyst will focus on project management and user support in a hybrid work setting, ensuring the successful completion of IT projects while providing technical assistance to users.

Responsibilities

• Support IT projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist users with computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Manage service tickets using Jira or similar platforms.
• Test hardware and software systems.
• Write technical and user-friendly documentation.
• Prioritize tasks and manage changing project requirements.
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or 5 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting IT projects and managing their lifecycle.
• 3 years of experience assisting users with software/hardware and managing support tickets.
• Proficiency in Jira (or similar platforms) for ticket management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
