Overview: The Lead, Subcontracts will oversee the entire life-cycle of subcontracts, including sourcing, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, and closeout. This role requires expertise in managing diverse subcontract types and handling complex subcontractor relationships across various customer segments.

Position

• Responsible for developing acquisition strategies, managing subcontract execution, and ensuring integration with program goals.
• Lead negotiations, manage subcontractor performance, and handle risk management.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of subcontract execution, including cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance.
• Develop and negotiate subcontract requirements, solicitations, and terms.
• Handle change management, risk management, and compliance with audits and regulations.
  
  

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of various contract types (e.g., FFP, Cost Reimbursement).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in subcontractor management.
• Experience in managing subcontractor performance and risk management.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in government proposals and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Experience with subcontract management in aerospace or defense sectors.
